Challenge
Resi Ventures, a well-established player in the real estate sector, faced the challenge of modernising its brand identity to better align with new projects and attract a broader client base. Their existing logo was outdated, and they had minimal social media presence, limiting their ability to showcase innovative offerings effectively. Recognising the need for a fresh approach, Resi Ventures sought a comprehensive rebranding strategy that would enhance their visibility and market appeal. The goal was to create a cohesive and contemporary brand image that resonates with both existing and potential clients.
Solution
To achieve this, we implemented a multifaceted rebranding solution. We started with a logo refresh, giving it a modern look that reflects the company’s innovative spirit. This was complemented by a complete suite of stationery assets, including business cards, letterhead, and email signatures, to establish a professional brand presence. Additionally, we developed print collateral such as a company brochure and sales proposal documents to effectively communicate their offerings. Branded merchandise—hats, jackets, and promotional items—further solidified their brand identity. We also created a detailed brand visual style guide to ensure consistency across all platforms. To strengthen their online presence, we designed a social media grid template that allowed for visually appealing and cohesive content. As a result of these efforts, Resi Ventures not only enhanced its brand recognition but also significantly improved engagement on social media, paving the way for successful project launches and a strengthened market position.
