Revitalising a Legacy Brand with a Modern Digital Experience

Challenge
Woodpecker, a trusted provider of tailor-made heating, cooling, and fireplace solutions, approached us to transform their severely outdated website. Described as a digital ‘dinosaur,’ the site no longer reflected the quality and expertise the company delivered in its products and services. The challenge was not only to modernise the website’s look and feel but also to bring its functionality up to current web standards. Woodpecker needed a complete digital refresh—one that would engage users, improve product discoverability, and support their broader marketing efforts.

Solution
We began by crafting a custom, responsive UI/UX design that delivered a sleek, intuitive experience across all devices. This new design was integrated into a highly customised content management system tailored to the unique needs of Woodpecker’s extensive product catalogue. Features included an advanced refine filter, allowing users to easily browse and locate products. The result was a responsive, interactive website that exceeded the client’s expectations and laid the groundwork for an evolving digital presence.

Our collaboration has since grown into an ongoing partnership. In addition to managing the website, we now design and produce Woodpecker’s print marketing materials and execute targeted email direct marketing campaigns—ensuring brand consistency across all channels and driving continued engagement.
