Crafting a Brand That Embodies Modern Urban Lifestyle
Challenge
Soho Living, a property and lifestyle brand inspired by the artistic and upscale vibe of Manhattan’s SoHo neighbourhood, needed a full brand identity that could reflect the sophistication and aspiration behind the name. Although we had worked with Soho Living on previous projects, this time they needed a complete identity built from scratch—including a logo, style guide, and website. The challenge was to capture the essence of stylish, urban living and translate it into a visual language that felt both internationally inspired and locally relevant.
Solution
We began by developing a refined logo using our proven five-rule framework: simple, timeless, versatile, scalable, and memorable. Drawing inspiration from SoHo’s industrial-chic aesthetic and modern loft-style interiors, we crafted a visual identity that balanced clean minimalism with an urban edge. Once the logo was complete, we created a comprehensive brand style guide covering typography, colour palette, photography direction, and brand usage rules.
With the identity in place, we rolled it out across digital and print materials before designing and developing a fully responsive WordPress website. The website features a clean, modern layout with intuitive navigation and seamless mobile optimisation—delivering a smooth, immersive user experience that aligns with Soho Living’s brand values.
The result is a cohesive, aspirational brand presence that captures the stylish essence of contemporary urban life. Soho Living now has the foundation to stand out in the property and lifestyle space, with a distinct and scalable identity across all channels.
