Establishing a Strong Brand Identity for a New Property Development

Challenge
Roxburgh Park Central, a new masterplanned estate featuring 200 residential lots and a future shopping centre, approached us at the early stages of their development. With close proximity to schools, parks, and the Roxburgh Park railway station, the location was ideal—but the project needed a comprehensive brand identity and digital presence to attract buyers and communicate its full potential. The challenge was to develop a distinctive brand from scratch and deliver a digital platform that would drive sales conversions and support future marketing efforts.

Solution
We partnered with the Roxburgh Park Central team to shape their brand identity from the ground up. This included the development of their business model, logo design, and overall visual branding. To support the brand rollout, we also designed and produced print collateral and large-scale billboard advertising, reinforcing the estate’s presence in the local area.

To bring the development to life online, we created a custom, responsive website built on a robust content management system. The site was designed with a user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation, encouraging exploration and enquiries from prospective buyers. A standout feature of the website is the integration of an interactive 3D render video showcasing the upcoming Roxburgh Shopping Centre—helping potential residents visualise the future of the estate.
