A New Voice for Auslan Education
Challenge
Auslan Education Services, a provider of Auslan (Australian Sign Language) programs for schools and organisations, was facing a significant challenge with their outdated professional brand and website. Despite offering an important and impactful service, their branding did not reflect the modern, inclusive, and educational approach they stood for. The website was also difficult to navigate, lacked visual appeal, and didn’t effectively communicate the value of their services to schools and educators. Auslan Education Services needed a complete rebranding to position themselves as a contemporary leader in Auslan education, as well as a new website that could better showcase their services, provide clear information, and engage potential clients. They also wanted to create content that would highlight the benefits of incorporating Auslan into school curriculums and demonstrate the real-world impact of their programs.
Solution
To address these challenges, we started by revamping the Auslan Education Services logo, creating a fresh, professional design that better reflected their commitment to inclusivity and education. This new logo was rolled out across their brand materials, ensuring a cohesive and modern image. We also designed a brand-new website that was visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimised for user experience. The website now clearly communicates their mission, services, and value proposition to schools and educators. To enhance their online presence and further demonstrate the effectiveness of their programs, we organised a professional photoshoot of the team and on-site at a school, capturing genuine moments of their services in action. Additionally, we created a video that not only explained what they do but also featured a testimonial from a school, showcasing how Auslan can be successfully incorporated into school curriculums. The new content, combined with the revamped branding, helped Auslan Education Services better connect with their audience and position themselves as a vital resource in the education sector.
