What’s the difference between a standard and eCommerce maintenance plan?
Our eCommerce maintenance plans include everything in the standard plan, plus support for online store functionality — like product updates, sales banners, cart testing, and integrations with tools like payment gateways and email marketing. These plans are designed for Shopify and WooCommerce websites that require more frequent changes.
Do you monitor website security?
Yes. For WordPress/WooCommerce sites, we monitor for vulnerabilities, implement security best practices, and install key security plugins. Shopify handles most security at the platform level, but we still monitor app performance, site access, and checkout functionality.
How do support hours work in the plan?
Each plan includes a set number of hours per month for things like content changes, layout tweaks, product uploads, or bug fixes. You’ll be notified if you’re nearing your limit, and we can roll over unused time (depending on your plan) or quote for additional work.
What if something breaks on my site?
We prioritise critical issues like downtime or checkout failures and fix them as part of your maintenance plan. If you’re on a Pro Plan, you receive priority support and faster response times. We're here when you need us — no lengthy tickets or offshore delays.
Do you back up my website?
Yes. We set up automated backups as part of all our maintenance plans. For WordPress/WooCommerce, we back up your site and database regularly. For Shopify, we can back up theme files and assist in restoring previous versions when needed.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. Our plans are flexible and billed monthly. You can cancel or switch plans with 30 days’ notice — no long-term contracts, just reliable support when you need it.
How do I know what work was completed each month?
We provide monthly maintenance reports outlining what was done — updates applied, backups taken, performance insights, and any additional requests completed. Transparency is part of our service.
