Freckleberry Chocolate Factory, a vibrant Geelong-based confectionery brand known for its fun and personalised chocolate gifts, needed a modern online store to match its rapid growth. Their existing website had become outdated and was no longer equipped to handle today’s eCommerce expectations. Freckleberry required a new platform that could support seasonal demand, offer personalisation, and deliver a seamless mobile shopping experience. Internally, the team also needed a solution that was easy to manage and flexible enough to accommodate ongoing product updates and marketing campaigns.

We migrated Freckleberry to Shopify, implementing a robust and responsive theme tailored to fit their joyful brand identity. While the build was not custom, we carefully customised the theme’s layout, colours, and features to reflect the brand’s playful aesthetic and meet specific needs. The site now supports product personalisation, easy navigation, and filtering—making shopping intuitive and fun for users.

We also streamlined back-end processes by setting up product collections, payment integrations, and shipping rules. By leveraging Shopify’s built-in features and user-friendly interface, we delivered a scalable and self-manageable online store that puts Freckleberry in full control.

The result is a vibrant, efficient, and mobile-optimised eCommerce site that enhances Freckleberry’s brand presence and boosts online sales—particularly during busy promotional periods.
